DELMARE Return and Exchange Policies
By ordering from the Delmir website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the store's policies and that you are bound by these policies in their entirety, and that you are subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you also acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
• Exchanges or returns must be made within one month of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused.
• It must be in its original condition and the tag or stickers have not been removed.
• The customer bears the delivery or shipping costs in case of a request for exchange or return.
• Shipping cost for orders is 20 riyals.
•The return fee for orders is 20 riyals.
• The product value will be refunded only, excluding delivery charges, with the return shipping cost deducted from the product value.
• The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
• The amount will be refunded within 15 business days of receiving the order if payment was made by credit card.
